Refund policy

Because our products are frozen, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. This ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of the products we deliver.

However, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Please review the details below.


Non-Returnable Items

All frozen meat products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Frozen meats

  • Items requiring temperature control

  • Sale or promotional items

This policy is in place to maintain strict food safety standards.


Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, thawed beyond safe temperatures, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We may provide:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A store credit

  • A refund (in limited circumstances)


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate shipping address

  • Ensure timely receipt of the package

  • Retrieve the package promptly from the delivery location

We cannot refund orders due to delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing delivery instructions

  • Packages left unattended for extended periods

  • Carrier delays once the package is in transit (weather, routing, etc.)
