Shipping policy

We ship all frozen meat products using insulated packaging and dry ice or gel packs to ensure they maintain safe temperatures during transit.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

To ensure food safety, frozen products are shipped using:

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • Temperature-controlled packaging

We do not offer ground shipping for perishable items unless transit times are guaranteed within 1–2 days for your region.

Shipping Days

To prevent weekend delays:

  • Orders may only ship Monday through Wednesday

  • Orders placed later in the week may ship the following Monday

This prevents products from sitting in carrier facilities.

Delivery

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Because frozen products must be retrieved promptly, we strongly recommend being available at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for spoiled products resulting from:

  • Failure to promptly retrieve packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our control once the carrier receives the shipment

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the continental U.S.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii

Warm Weather Advisory

During hot months, we may:

  • Add extra insulation/ice

  • Adjust shipping days

  • Limit shipping to certain regions
